No Refund Policy
All sales are final. OMRDesk does not offer refunds for any subscription services, regardless of the reason. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any remaining time in your current billing cycle or for any previous payments made.
Billing Errors
In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact our support team immediately at support@omrdesk.com. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors.
